Photography

My husband, Justin, has opened up the world of photography to me. His interest proved addicting and I now trapse off with him on his many adventures in order to capture nature in digital form. Yet I also enjoy taking pictures in our gardens. Combining poetry with photography is another creative interest I enjoy.

  1. JoDee,

Thank you for your compliment over at my blog. All glory belongs to God. He bubbles the creativity up inside of me.

I like the way you capture light in your images. When did you and your husband become involved in photography?

It would be great to see you take part in the PhotoPlays at thehighcalling.org. They happen on the 3rd and 4th Friday of every month.

Also feel free to join us on Flickr at http://www.flickr.com/highcallingfocus.

Chat soon and great meeting you in this virtual sense.

    1. Claire,

I like how you put that, “He bubbles the creativity up inside of me.” I can definitely tell.

Thanks for the compliment about capturing light. I’ve never had any formal training. I just see a scene or object that intrigues me and shoot. I do have a special interest in trying to capture light. My husband has had an interest in photography for about 8 years, but I’ve joined him in the last few years. I will definitely look into your PhotoPlays at the highcalling.org as well as Flickr.
