Having a creative space to call your own is often essential for creating consistently. I can attest to this truth because I’ve been without an art room for the past 9 months and creativity has definitely waned.
We creatives need to have our supplies and inspiration on hand. We need a space we can disappear into…a corner to call our own where we can imagine and make.
And although this is my third attempt to set up a creative space, I still find it challenging to decide where everything should go.
I recently retired and moved to a new city to be closer to children and grandchildren, so I’m appreciative of the chance to make some changes this time around.
